In the last 2 weeks in March, there have been fewer sales and fewer listings on the market due to the effects of COVID-19. As a whole, the average sale price has increased in March 2020 in comparison to March 2019. There is a decreased supply of homes on the market, but there are also fewer buyers, as most buyers who are not in a rush to buy have put their search for homes on hold.
