Amidst growing uncertainty around the COVID-19 situation, the Rina DiRisio Team is taking extra measures to minimize the risk of spreading the virus while continuing to meet our client’s needs. Business is continuing for our team but with precautionary changes to our daily tasks and interactions.
We have put in place a work-from-home strategy for our agents and administrative staff. We are practicing social distancing, sanitizing our spaces, wearing gloves, and frequently washing our hands. In order to serve our clients with health and safety as our top priority, we are equipped to work remotely, communicate via email/phone, and host virtual meetings.
We are postponing open houses until social distancing measures are lifted. We are changing our procedures for showings by only allowing serious buyers through our listed homes and asking them to fill out a mandatory COVID-19 form.
